A NOTE FROM EDDIE
I have lived in Spartanburg County for 40 years. My wife and I have raised our family here. I am a conservative Republican who looks for opportunities to reduce government, limit spending, promote strong families, and defend our traditional values.
As a former SLED agent, husband, and father, my public service first began at the age of 18 when I joined the United States Air Force, serving in the U.S. and Southeast Asia, for which I was awarded the Vietnam Service Medal. Seven years ago, I was honored to be elected to District 33 in the South Carolina House of Representatives. It has been both a privilege and tremendous responsibility. Last year, I was humbled to be elected by the Republican members of the House of Representatives as Assistant Majority Leader, tasked with furthering the Republican Caucus agenda and ensuring that a republican majority is maintained in the South Carolina House.
Because of your support throughout the years, we have moved the needle forward in our state. But our work is far from over. Your financial support and votes in the past have allowed me to serve our state and community.
I close by simply thanking you for the many unique ways in which you contribute to our great state and all that you do. Most of all, Linda and I are forever grateful for your continued support. I appreciate your trust, and serving you in Columbia is an honor. I will work tirelessly to further our values and to keep District 33 a safe, wonderful place to live and prosper. Call me or email me anytime. I want to hear from you, and I want and need your input. This is your district — your home and mine.
